I've recently discovered that my husband & I have almost 60 food sensitivities or allergies between the 2 of us. This is where I will be recording cooking successes and failures. I love good food and basic home-cooking. Most of what I make is considered comfort food or classic American. I do occasionally find some nifty new ingredient or use something from the health food store or ethnic flavors, but that stuff is usually easy to find.
